Xabi Alonso Unsure Of Future

Liverpool star Xabi Alonso has once again hinted at a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid in the summer.

The Spanish international midfielder has been heavily linked with a move back to Spain and the player himself has hinted on more than one occasion that he would be eager to join the 9 times European Cup winners.

Liverpool, though, had always maintained that Alonso is not for sale but in the last few weeks it has appeared that they would be cajoled to sell the former Real Sociedad midfielder for a hefty amount.

Alonso has now been quoted as saying that the matter is out of his hands and that it is upto the two clubs to decide his future. AS has quoted Alonso as saying:

“It is up to the clubs to speak now.”
