Justin Mercier

Justin Mercier is an American winger in the Colorado Avalanche organization.

Mercier was drafted by the Avs in 2005, after being part of the American gold-medal winning team at the IIHF U18 teams. He then played his college hockey at the University of Miami (Ohio), where he scored 25 goals and 40 points in his sophomore year. He spent most of 2009-10 in the AHL, but played in 9 games with the Avalanche and scored his first NHL goal during that time.
