David Schlemko

David Schlemko is a Canadian defenseman in the Phoenix Coyotes’ organization.

Schlemko was never drafted but signed with Phoenix in 2007, after scoring 58 points and 78 penalty minutes while winning the league title in his 3rd year of play in the WHL. He spent most of the next three seasons in the AHL and CHL, but played in 20 games with Phoenix. He scored 1 goal and 6 points during those games, and will compete for a full-time roster spot at the 2010 training camp.
