Andrei Loktionov is a Russian center on the Los Angeles Kings.

Loktionov was drafted by the Kings in 2008, after some impressive performances in both the Russian pro leagues and the World Juniors. he joined the Windsor Spitfires in 2008, and scored 66 points and won the Memorial Cup in his only season with the club. He joined the Manchester Monarchs in 2009, and scored 24 points in the 29 games he played for them. He made his NHL debut with the Kings that season, and will compete for a full-time roster spot in 2010-11.

Loktionov won a gold medal with Team Russia at the 2007 World Juniors and a silver at the 2008 World Juniors.
