Graham Mink
Graham Mink is an American winger on the St. Louis Blues.
Mink was never drafted by an NHL team, but has crafted himself a decent career in the AHL and made several appearances over the past few seasons. He played three years at the University of Vermont before a suspension from an off-ice fight forced him to forego his final year in the NCAA and sign with the Portland Pirates in the AHL. He played most of the next 4 years there, making his first NHL appearance in 2003 with the Washington Capitals. He played another season in the Caps’ organization, most of it with the Hershey Bears, before signing with the Worcester Sharks in 2006. He had the best season of his career with the Sharks, scoring 31 goals and 63 points in his first year with the club. In 2008, he was again called up for 2 NHL games with the Caps, bringing his current NHL game total to 7 games, in which he has registered just 2 penalty minutes. He was traded to Florida in 2009, spent the season in the AHL, and was traded to St. Louis in the 2010 offseason.
