Jens Holmstrom

Jens Holmstrom is a Swedish goalie on Vasteras IK.

Holmstrom joined Vasteras in 2005, playing with their J18 team before jumping to the SuperElit league in 2005. In 2006-07, he was the number one keeper on the junior club, appearing in 27 games, and earned a callup to the senior club in 2007. In 2008-09, he had a good year in the Allsvenskan, posting a 2.69 GAA in 20 starts. In 2009-10, he split the starting duties with Daniel Sperrle, recording a 2.87 GAA and .900 save percentage in 16 starts.
