Par Styf

Par Styf is a Swedish defenseman on Timra IK.

Styf was drafted in 1997 by the Philadelphia Flyers, he played junior hockey with Modo and Ornskoldsviks SK, before joining Timra in 1999. He has spent the last decade playing with Timra, and has been one of the most physical defenseman on the club. He set a career high with 17 points in 2002-03, the same year he recorded 112 penalty minutes. In 2005-06, he broke his personal record with 118 penalty minutes while playing in a career high 53 games.
