Tomas Surovy is a Slovakian winger on Dinamo Riga.

Surovy was drafted by Pittsburgh in 2001, after his first season in the professional Slovakian leagues, when he scored 50 points. He spent 2001-02 in the AHL, where he scored 33 points with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. He saw limited playing time with Pittsburgh over the next three seasons, scoring 27 goals and 59 points in his 126 NHL games. In 2006, he made his Elitserien debut with Lulea, scoring 55 points in 55 games in the only season he played with the club. He spent the next two seasons with Linkoping, before signing with Skelleftea in 2009. He put up 10 goals and 23 points with Skelleftea and signed with Dinamo Riga in 2010.
