Petr Tenkrat
Petr Tenkrat is a Czech right winger on Skelleftea AIK.
Tenkrat began his pro career in 1994 with HC Kladno, where he played five seasons, scoring 35 points in ’98-99. He was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks that season, and played the next year in Finland with HPK and Ilves. He played 55 games with Anaheim over the next two years, scoring 14 points, before being traded to Nashville in 2001. He scored 24 points for the Predators in 58 games, but returned to Finland the next season. He played four seasons with Karpat, winning back to back league championships in 2003 and 2004. In 2006, he was signed by the Boston Bruins, where he played 64 games, scoring 14 points. He split the next two seasons between HC Kladno and Timra IK in the Elitserien, and signed with Skelleftea in 2009.
Tenkrat played for the Czech Republic at the 2006 and 2007 World Championships, winning a silver medal in 2006.
