Michael Del Zotto

Michael Del Zotto is a Canadian defenseman on the New York Rangers.

Del Zotto was drafted by the Rangers in 2008, after scoring 63 points for the Oshawa Generals in 2007-08. He played another season in the OHL, scoring another 63 points, before signing with the Rangers in 2009. In the 2009-10 seas, despite being only 19 years old, he made the Rangers’ opening night roster, and scored his first NHL goal in only his second game. Through the first 15 games of the season, he had 12 points, including 3 powerplay goals.
