Johan Bjork

Johan Bjork is a Swedish defenseman on HV71.

Bjork was drafted by Ottawa in 2002, but has yet to make any steps toward playing in North America. He began playing in the Elitserien in 2002, with Malmo IF, where he played a total of 4 seasons, from 2002-2005, and 2006-07. In 2005-06, he played in the Allsvenskan with the Malmo Redhawks, scoring 8 points and recording 51 penalty minutes. He returned to the Redhawks in 2007-08, where he scored 11 goals and 20 points. He joined HV71 in 2009, after starting the season with the Redhawks again.
