Arto Laatikainen

Arto Laatikainen is a Finnish defenseman on Farjestads BK.

Laatikainen was drafted by the New York Rangers in 1999, but has never taken the opportunity to play in North America. He played 10 seasons with the Espoo Blues in Finland, recording 4 seasons with 24 or more points, in ’03-04, ’05-06, ’06-07 and ’07-08. In 2007-08, he scored 13 goals and 38 points. In 2008-09, he made his Elitserien debut with Farjestads, scoring 16 points in 39 games.

Laatikainen played for Finland at the 1999 and 2000 World Juniors.
