Team history

Spacer Frolunda HC 2008 - present

Nicklas Lasu is a Swedish winger on Frolunda HC.

Lasu was drafted by Atlanta in the 2008 NHL Draft, after turning in a 19 goal, 53 point season with Frolunda’s junior team. He also made his Elitserien debut that season, appearing in two games. He split 2008-09 between Frolunda and Boras HC in the HockeyAllsvenskan. Despite his light build, Lasu is a physical player who works hard and will likely be a capable role player in the NHL.

Lasu won a silver medal with Sweden at the 2009 World Juniors.
