Marcus Ragnarsson

Marcus Ragnarsson is a Swedish defenseman on Djurgardens IF.

Ragnarsson has played professional hockey since 1989, when he joined Djurgardens. He spent 6 seasons with the club, including a 16 point season in 1994-95. The following season, he joined the San Jose Sharks, who had drafted him in 1992. He played 7 seasons with the Sharks, scoring a career high 25 points in ’97-98. He spent two seasons with Philadelphia in 2002-03 and 2003-04, but returned to Sweden in 2005. He re-joined Djurgardens in 2008, where he scored 12 goals and 37 points in his first season back with the club.
