Nate Guenin
Nate Guenin is an American defenseman on the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Guenin was drafted by the New York Rangers in 2002, and went on to play college hockey at Ohio State University. In his junior season, he recorded 14 points and 136 penalty minutes. Upon graduation, he joined the Philadelphia organization, spending most of the next three seasons with the Phantoms in the AHL. He played 12 games over three seasons with the Flyers, and signed with Pittsburgh during the 2009 offseason. He would play just 2 games with the Penguins before being traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2010. He should have a chance to make the NHL roster for the Blue Jackets at the 2010 training camp.
