John Moore

John Moore is an American defenseman on the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Moore was drafted by the Blue Jackets in 2009, after playing junior hockey with the Chicago Steel. Moore played two seasons with the Steel, scoring 14 goals and 39 points in his second season with the club. He was originally committed to playing at Colorado College, but after being rated the top North American defenseman in this draft class, he is undecided as to whether or not he will make the jump straight to the NHL.
