Nazem Kadri

Nazem Kadri is a Canadian center on the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Kadri was drafted by Toronto with the 7th overall pick in the 2009 Draft, after an impressive career in the OHL with the London Knights and Kitchener Rangers. While with London, Kadri had a breakout season, playing alongside superstar and No. 1 pick John Tavares. He finished the season with 25 goals and 78 points. Kadri is of Lebanese descent, making him only the 2nd Lebanese Muslim to be drafted in NHL history.
