Dan Fritsche

Dan Fritsche is an American winger on the Minnesota Wild.

Fritsche was drafted by Columbus in 2003, while playing in the OHL. He joined the Blue Jackets for 4 games that season, but was sent back to the minors, despite scoring 2 goals. After the lockout, Fritsche earned a regular roster spot with the club, and had his best season in 2006-07, when he scored 27 points. In 2008, Fritsche was traded to New York, but saw limited playing time with the Rangers. Midway through the season, he was traded to Minnesota, where he scored 9 points in 34 games over the remainder of the season.
