Taylor Chorney is a Canadian defenseman on the Edmonton Oilers.

Chorney was drafted by Edmonton in 2005, after playing college hockey at the University of North Dakota. Chorney earned himself his first NHL call-up late in the 2008-09 season, playing in two games, but did not record a point.

Chorney played for Team USA at the 2006 and 2007 World Juniors, serving as Team captain in 2007.
