Steve Bernier is a Canadian right winger on the Florida Panthers.

Bernier was drafted 16th overall by the San Jose Sharks in 2003, after scoring 101 points in a single season in the QMJHL. He joined the Sharks in 2005, playing 39 games and scoring 14 goals. He missed a number of games in the following season with injuries, and was traded to Buffalo at the 2008 trade deadline. He scored 9 points in 17 games with the Sabres and was traded to Vancouver in the 2008 offseason. With the Canucks, he set career highs in assists and points, with 17 and 32, respectively. He saw his playing time get cut back in 2009-10 and he had just 11 goals in 59 games. He signed with the Panthers during the 2010 offseason.
