Shane O'Brien

Shane O’Brien is a Canadian defenseman on the Vancouver Canucks.

O’Brien was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in 2003. He joined the Ducks in 2006, but was traded after only one season with the club. He was dealt to Tampa Bay in 2007, where he played 2 seasons and posted a career high 21 points. He was traded to Vancouver only one game into the 2008-09 season, and finished the year with a career high 196 penalty minutes in 76 games for the Canucks.
