Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a Canadian goalie on the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Smith was drafted by Dallas in 2001, and joined the Stars in 2006, as the backup goalie. He won 24 of 34 starts in Dallas, and never had a GAA higher than 2.46. He was traded to Tampa Bay at the 2008 trade deadline, and has seen increased action with the Lightning.
