Matt Lashoff

Matt Lashoff is an American defenseman on the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Lashoff was drafted 22nd overall by Boston in 2005, and joined the Bruins in 2007. He spent most of the next three seasons in the AHL, playing with the Providence Bruins and Norfolk Admirals after he was dealt to Tampa Bay as part of a deal for Mark Recchi.In 2009-10, he had one of his better seasons in the AHL, scoring 8 goals, 24 points and 105 penalty minutes. He’ll be competing for a spot on the roster at the 2010 training camp.
