Jeff Halpern

Jeff Halpern is an American center on the Montreal Canadiens.

Halpren was undrafted, but signed with Washington after playing college hockey at Princeton. He had a career year with the Capitals in 2003-04, finishing with 46 points. In 2006, he was signed by Dallas, but spent only one season in Dallas before being traded to Tampa Bay. He played most of the next two seasons with the Lightning before being traded to the Los Angeles Kings before the playoffs in 2010. When his contract expired in the summer, he signed with Montreal.

Halpern has played for Team USA at 6 different international competitions.
