Alexandre Picard

Alexandre Picard is a Canadian defenseman on the Montreal Canadiens.

Picard was drafted by Philadelphia in 2003, and joined the team in 2005. He spent parts of the next two seasons with Philly, before being traded to Tampa Bay in 2008. He played 20 games with the Lightning, but was traded to Ottawa in 2008. He played 92 games with the Senators between 2008 and 2010, and was traded to Carolina for Andy Sutton at the trade deadline. In 2010, he was acquired by Montreal during the offseason.
