Petr Prucha

Petr Prucha is a Czech winger on the Phoenix Coyotes.

Prucha was drafted by New York in 2002, but played three more seasons with HC Pardubice in the Czech hockey leagues. He joined the Rangers in 2005, scoring 47 points in 68 games. His production has fallen off sharply since his rookie season, and he finished 2007-08 with only 17 points in 62 games. In 2008-09, he posted only 9 points for the Rangers in 28 games before being traded to Phoenix as part of the deal that sent Derek Morris to New York. He scored 10 points for the Coyotes in the last 19 games of the year.
