Nathan Gerbe

Nathan Gerbe is an American center on the Buffalo Sabres.

Gerbe was drafted by Buffalo in 2005, and went on to play his college hockey with Boston College, where he became known as one of the most explosive players in the game. He was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award as the top college hockey player in the country in 2008. At 5’5, he is one of the smallest players in the league. He was called up to Buffalo early in the 2008-09 season.
