Daniel Paille is a Canadian left winger on the Boston Bruins.

Paille was drafted by Buffalo in 2002, but continued playing with his OHL team until 2005, when he broke into the NHL with the Sabres. He received limited playing time until 2007, when he played 77 games, scoring 19 goals and 35 points. In 2008-09, Paille scored 12 goals and 27 points for the Sabres, again playing the full season. In 2009, he began the year with the Sabres, but when the Bruins lost Milan Lucic to injury, they traded a number of draft picks for Paille.

Paille played for Team Canada at the 2003 and 2004 World Junior Championships, winning silver medals at both tournaments.
