Alex Goligoski is an American defenseman on the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Goligoski was drafted by the Penguins in 2004, after which he went on to play college hockey at the University of Minnesota. He made his NHL debut at the end of the 2008 season. He made the permanent roster for the Penguins in 2008-09, and proved to be a solid offensive defenseman.
