Kevin Bieksa

Kevin Bieksa is a Canadian defenseman on the Vancouver Canucks.

Bieksa was drafted in 2001, after his first season at Bowling Green University. He went on to play another three seasons at Bowling Green. He joined the Canucks after the lockout in 2005. He has been one of the Canucks’ top defenders since joining the club, and led the team’s defensive corps in points in ’06-07, with 42 points, as well as 134 penalty minutes.
