Matt Foy is a Canadian right winger on the St. Louis Blues.

Foy was drafted in 2002 by the Minnesota Wild, but signed with the Blues in 2008. Foy played a season in Hockey East with Merrimack College, before playing a season in the OHL. In 2002-03, he scored 61 goals and 132 points, along with 112 penalty minutes for the Ottawa 67s. After that impressive season, he was called up to Minnesota’s farm system, where he spend parts of the next 4 seasons. He made his NHL debut in 2005, with Minnesota, and played 28 games in the 2007-08 season. He signed with St. Louis in the 2008 offseason.
