Lars Eller is a Danish center on the Montreal Canadiens.

Eller has been playing at different levels within Frolunda HC in Sweden for the past 7 seasons, including 14 games with the main club in the Elitserien in 2007-08. He was drafted in the first round of the 2007 NHL Draft. Eller did not make his NHL debut until 2009, when he played in 7 games for the Blues and scored 2 goals. During the 2010 offseason, he was part of a lopsided deal that sent playoff star Jaroslav Halak to St. Louis in exchange for Eller and Ian Schultz traveling to Montreal. Eller will be expected to develop into a top six forward in order to justify the trade, and he has the tools to do so, but has yet to show it at the NHL level.

Eller has represented Denmark at 4 World Junior Championships, and the 2008 Mens World Hockey Championships.
