Jiri Tlusty
Jiri Tlusty is a Czech winger on the Carolina Hurricanes.
Tlusty was drafted by Toronto in 2006. He was called up to play in the 2007-08 season, and scored two goals in his first game. He finished with 10 goals and 16 points in 58 games. The talented young Czech figured to be a major part of a rebuilding Toronto franchise, but had a disappointing season in 2008-09, and was traded to Carolina midway through 2009-10. He played just 2 games for the Canes, spending most of the season in the AHL. He will compete for a roster spot at the 2010 training camp.
