Deron Timothy Quint is an American ice hockey player who has played in various teams over the years in various leagues as well. Quint was born on March 12, 1976 in Durham, United States, and is currently playing with HC Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, a major club that is a part of the Kontinental Hockey League.

During the 1994 NHL Entry Draft, Quint was drafted in the first round and was noted as the 30th draft overall. During his rookie years in 1995 to 1996, Quint was able to show off his skills when he scored two goals within a four second span.

One of Quint’s career highlights was when he joined Eisbaren Berlin, a club in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, and helped the team achieve three league championships. He was also named a DEL All-start defense player for three seasons, out of his four seasons as a player in DEL. Aside from Eisbaren Berlin, Quint has also played in some NHL teams such as the Phoenix Coyotes, Winnipeg Jets, Columbus Blue Jackets, and the New York Islanders.
