Fedor Polishchuk is a Kazakh ice hockey player who currently plays forward for Barys Astana. Born on July 4, 1979 in the Ukraine, Polishchuk is a member of the Kazakhstan national team and played with the team during the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.

He played with Metallurg Novokuznetsk, a professional ice hockey team based from Siberia, in the 2008-2009 seasons when he was 29. He remained with the team a year later for the 2009-2010 seasons before moving on to play with Barys Astana for the 2010-2011 season. He has played in 43 games for the 2010-2010 regular season and has scored one goal. He scored the highest number of goals in his career in the 2009-2010 season where he scored six goals in the regular season. This was also the season when he scored the highest number of assists in his career at a total of 18 points. Polishchuck scored a total of 5 points for the 2008-2009 season.
