Patrick Koppchen

Patrick Koppchen is a professional ice hockey player who was born on June 21, 1980 in Berlin, Germany. Koppchen is currently a member of the Hannover Scorpions, a club in the German Ice Hockey League, as a defender.

When Koppchen was a young boy, he started playing professional ice hockey as a part of the Eisbaren Juniors Berlin in 1996. Back then, he went through all the youth teams, and was soon in the Junior A league, and a part of the WHL in the club called the Nepawal Manitoba.

After spending just a year with Nepawal Manitoba, Koppchen transferred to Harzer Wolfe Braunlage but stayed there for just a year. He then transferred to TSV Erding but left after two years.
