Christoph Schubert

Christoph Schubert is a professional ice hockey player who was born on February 5, 1982 in Munich, Germany. Schubert is best known for being a defender of the Hamburg Freezers since December 2010. The Hamburg Freezers is an ice hockey club that is a part of the German Ice Hockey League or DEL.

Schubert was already an active ice hockey player even during his teens. In fact, he was already a member of the junior departments of the EHC Klostersee as well as Landshut EV. By 1999, Schubert was already a full member of the EV Landshut, but played with the team for just a year.

In 2000, Schubert joined the Munich Barons but stayed with the team for two years before moving on to other teams in the succeeding years.
