Thomas Dolak is a German-Czech who plays professional ice hockey for the Hannover Scorpions. Dolak was born on March 25, 1979 in Zlin, Czechoslovakia, and is currently a member of the German national team as well. The Hannover Scorpions is a team that belongs to the German Ice Hockey League.
Dolak started to play when he was still in his youth, and was known as a strong junior league player. In 1995, Dolak made his first move as a professional player and joined the ranks at EHC Freiburg. However, his stint there did not last long as he left the team in 1997 so he could join North Bay Centennials. After spending just a year with the Centennials, Dolak transferred to the Kassel Huskies, then Munich Barons, then Hamburg Freezers, before ending up at Hannover Scorpions in 2003.
