Marco Nowak

Marco Nowak is a professional German ice hockey defender who is best known as one of the players of DEG Metro Stars, a club in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL). Nowak was born on July 23, 1990 in Dresden, East Germany, and has started playing ice hockey professionally since 2004.

Nowak started falling in love with skating when he was still in Dresden. In fact, he played as a youth player in the junior league as a part of ETC Crimmitschau. However, he played with the team for just two years before moving on the Jung Adler Mannheim for another year.

Although Nowak is a part of the DEG Metro Stars, he is also a member of the German Under-20 national team since 2008.
