Jimmy Sharrow
Jimmy Sharrow, or simply Jim Sharrow, is an American ice hockey professional who was born on January 31, 1985 in Framingham, Massachusetts. Sharrow is best known for being a part of the Hannover Scorpions since 2010. The team is part of the German Ice Hockey League.
Sharrow’s career kicked off when he was a part of the U.S. National Team Development Program. As a junior player, he played in the North American Junior League. He spent a good three years playing for the Halifax Mooseheads, which was a part of the Canadian Junior Football League as well. It was during this period that Sharrow was tapped by the Atlanta Thrashers during the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. However, he was never able to play for the team.
Over the years, Sharrow was able to play for a number of teams, such as the Chicago Wolves, Manitoba Moose, Rockford IceHogs, Victoria Salmon Kings, and of course the Eisbaren Berlin.
