Libor Pivko is a Czech left winger on Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.

Pivko was drafted by the Nashville Predators in 2000, after scoring 22 points in his rookie year in the Czech Extraliga. He played three more years in the Czech Republic before joining Nashville to make his NHL debut in 2003. He played just one game with the Predators, but spent three seasons in the AHL, scoring 70 points with the Milwaukee Admirals in 2005-06. He joined HC Pardubice the next year, and played five seasons with the team before joining Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk midway through the 2010-11 season. He had 18 goals and 39 points for HC Pardubice in 2008-09, his highest totals at the senior pro level.
