Evgeny Belukhin is a Russian forward on Metallurg Novokuznetsk.

Belukhin began his career in the Russian Second League, where he played five seasons in Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod’s system. He made his Super League debut with the team in 2003, scoring 4 points in 38 games. He played the next four years in the Second League with Neftyanik Almetievsk, where he put up very impressive numbers. He had 41 points and 148 penalty minutes in 2005-06, and set a career high with 181 penalty minutes in 2007-08. After scoring 52 points in 2008-09, he was called back to the KHL with Lada Togliatti. He signed with Metallurg Novokuznetsk in 2010.
