Aleksei Kosourov

Aleksei Kosourov is a Russian forward on Metallurg Novokuznetsk.

Kosourov began his career with Molot-Prikamie Perm in 1999, playing 33 games in his rookie season in the Russian Super League. He played the next two seasons with the team before being sent down to the Russian Second League. He played four years there, scoring 22 goals and 32 points in his final season during the NHL lockout. He was recalled to the Super League with Molot-Prikamie Perm, but was traded to Ak Bars Kazan in 2006, where he won his first and only league title. He spent the next season and a half with CSKA Moscow, where he set a Super League career high with 11 goals and 18 points in 2006-07. He was dealt to Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in 2008, and played the next two years with the team before joining Metallurg Novokuznetsk in 2010.
