Alexei Vorontsov

Alexei Vorontsov is a Kazakh left winger on Barys Astana.

Vorontsov began his pro career with Barys Astana while the team still played in the Kazakh professional league. He then played five seasons with Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in the Russian Second League and Kazakh professional leagues, with his best season coming in 2008-09. He had 13 goals and 21 points, as well as 50 penalty minutes, and was signed by Barys Astana the following season.
