Zbynek Irgl is a Czech right winger on HK Atlant.

Irgl was drafted by the Nashville Predators in 2000 after scoring 12 points in his first season of play in the Czech Extraliga. He would play eight more seasons with HC Vitkovice, setting career highs with 25 goals and 36 points in his final season with the club in 2006-07. He was traded to Davos in the NLA for the league playoffs and won the championship with the team, scoring 8 goals and 12 points in 15 games. He then made his Russian debut with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, where he scored 18 goals and 29 points in his first season with the club. He would match his career high with 36 points again in 2008-09, but was traded to HK Atlant in 2010.

Irgl won a gold medal with the Czech Republic at the 2000 World Juniors, as well as a silver medal at the 2006 World Championships.
