Konstantin Barulin is a Kazakh-Russian goalie on HK Atlant.

Barulin was drafted by the St. Louis Blues in 2003, after posting a 1.64 GAA in 30 games in the Russian Second League. He played in one game with SKA St. Petersburg the following season, and did not give up any goals. He played a season with Spartak Moscow in 2005-06, followed by two years with HK Atlant before he was traded to CSKA Moscow. He had the best year of his career in 2009-10, posting a 2.09 GAA and .920 save percentage, and was picked back up by HK Atlant the following season.

Barulin won a silver medal at the 2002 U18 Juniors, as well as a gold medal at the 2003 World Juniors, both with Team Russia.
