Valeri Khlebnikov

Valeri Khlebnikov is a Russian forward on Automobilist Ekaterinburg.

Khlebnikov began his career with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in 1999, scoring 1 point in 10 games during his first taste of action in the Russian Super League. He had a breakout season in 2002-03, scoring 31 points while playing with Metallurg Novokuznetsk. He set a career high with 15 goals and 36 points with the team in 2004-05. He played two years with SKA St. Petersburg before returning to Novokuznetsk for three more seasons between 2007 and 2010. He signed with Automobilist Ekaterinburg in 2010, but saw his ice time and production dip dramatically.
