Jekabs Redlihs is a Latvian defenseman on Dinamo Riga.

Redlihs was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2002, after putting up 38 points in the EJHL with the New York Apple Core. He played four seasons at Boston University before joining the Blue Jackets’ AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch in 2006. He played parts of three seasons with the Crunch, but was unable to earn himself a shot at the NHL. He then played two years with HC Plzen in the Czech Republic before joining Dinamo Riga in the KHL in 2009. He put up 3 points and 86 penalty minutes in his first season of play in the KHL.
