Oskars Cibulskis

Oskars Cibulskis is a Latvian defenseman on Dinamo Riga.

Cibulskis played four years in the Latvian and Belarusian pro leagues, where he had a breakout year in 2006-07, notching 11 goals and 31 points with SK LSPA/Riga. He then set career highs with 32 points and 66 penalty minutes with the club the following season, and was signed by EC Salzburg in Austrai. He returned home and signed with Dinamo Riga in 2009.
