Maxim Spiridonov is a Russian right winger on Dynamo Minsk.

Spiridonov was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in 1998, after putting up 54 goals and 98 points with the London Knights in the OHL. He played the next few seasons in the ECHL and AHL, but never managed to play well enough to earn an NHL contract. He made his pro hockey debut with Salavat Yulaev Ufa in the Super League during the 2001-02 season, and scored 21 goals and 36 points in his first full year the next season with Amur Khabarovsk. He was traded Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in 2004, but played just 19 games with the team before signing with Severstal Cherepovets. From there he spent a season with Dynamo Moscow, followed by a year with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in the Russian Second League. He then played with Metallurg Novokuznetsk for a season before signing with Barys Astana, where he finally found his scoring touch again, scoring 42 points in 2008-09, and setting career highs with 24 goals and 50 points in 2009-10. He was signed by Dynamo Minsk in the 2010 offseason.
